As the world and technology evolve… so do we.Effective September 2017, here are our revised Payment Terms. Please read them very carefully:• We will no longer accept checks, money orders or other paper-based payments.• All payments must be made electronically.
• Your payment amount must appear in our company’s bank account before services are rendered.
• Under no circumstances will we release any work until it is fully paid for.
Our implementation recommendations:
To eliminate unnecessary paperwork, hassles with traditional mail, and other problems, we suggest you use an online banking program to pay us.
All major consumer banks and credit unions now offer to directly transfer money from one account to another… even if the accounts are with different banks.
This service is normally free of charge.
To make a transfer, all you need is the amount of the payment and our company’s email address, which is [email protected] .Different Banks have different names for their online payment service with Zelle – Chase Bank’s is QuickPay, Wells Fargo Bank’s is WFSurePay, etc.
If you don’t know how to use this service, check your bank’s online banking service to get answers to all your questions.
If preferred, you may also use one of several common electronic payment systems such as PayPal, Payoneer, Amazon, Google Wallet, and Stripe, among others.
However, the easiest, quickest, and safest way to make an online payment is through the US banking system with Zelle.
Please call us, in advance, if you have any questions.
